LG Electronics conducted a boost to the user's engagement through the augmented reality (AR) campaign in which consumers can place the 'LG Object Collection' home appliances elaborately implemented with Spark AR in their own home. As a result, it not only led to the targeted increase in brand awareness, but also achieved the result of an increase in purchase intention.
2.7-point increase in ad recall (concurrent experience of regular ads and AR campaigns)
3.6-point increase in brand preference (group experiencing general advertisement and AR campaign simultaneously)
5-point increase in purchase intention (group experiencing simultaneous general advertising and AR campaigns)
